1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SearchPerfection, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

SearchPerfection grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use our service
  • View, download, and print content (for personal use only)
  • Use available tools and features

You agree NOT to:

  • Use materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on SearchPerfection are provided on an "as is" basis. SearchPerfection:

  • Makes no warranties, expressed or implied
  • Disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
  • Is not responsible for delays or failures in service delivery

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall SearchPerfection or its suppliers be liable for:

  • Any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive)
  • Loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunity, or use
  • Service interruptions or availability issues
  • Third-party content or actions
  • Unauthorized access or data breaches (if due to your actions)

Liability Limitation: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you haven't paid).

This limitation applies even if we've been advised of the possibility of damages.

5. Google Search Console Data

5.1 Data You Authorize

By connecting your Google account, you authorize SearchPerfection to:

  • Access your Google Search Console properties
  • Retrieve performance, coverage, and metrics data
  • Display this data in your SearchPerfection dashboard
  • Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our service

5.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of data you authorize us to access
  • Maintaining the security of your Google account
  • Revoking access if you discontinue the service
  • Compliance with Google's terms regarding GSC data

5.3 Data Accuracy

SearchPerfection displays data as provided by Google Search Console. We are not responsible for:

  • Inaccuracies in GSC data
  • Delays in GSC data updates
  • Changes in GSC API or data format

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you provide to SearchPerfection. By using the service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Use your content to provide the service
  • Analyze your content to improve recommendations
  • Use aggregated, anonymized insights from your data

6.2 Our Content

All materials, code, design, and content are owned by SearchPerfection or our licensors. You may not:

  • Reproduce our content
  • Create derivative works
  • Claim ownership of our materials
  • Use our trademarks without permission

7. Account Responsibility

7.1 Account Security

You agree to:

9. Termination

SearchPerfection reserves the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend your account without notice
  • Delete your data if terms are violated
  • Refuse service to anyone, for any reason

Your Right to Terminate:

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Upon deletion, your data will be removed from active systems

10. Modifications to Service

SearchPerfection reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Update our service at any time
  • Change pricing or terms with 30 days' notice
  • Change features with 14 days' notice

11. Fees & Payment

11.1 Free Tier

  • Current free tier: No limitations
  • We reserve the right to introduce pricing tiers

11.2 Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Subscription renews automatically unless canceled
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days
  • No refunds for partial months

11.3 Billing

  • Billing cycles are monthly or annual (as selected)
  • We provide invoices via email
  • You're responsible for all taxes

12. Beta Features

Some features may be labeled "beta" or "experimental." These features:

  • May be unstable or incomplete
  • Are provided "as is" without warranty
  • May be discontinued or changed significantly
  • Should not be used for mission-critical operations

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SearchPerfection from:
