9. Newsletter & Communications

- You receive a confirmation email before activation
9.2 Unsubscribe
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link
- Unsubscribe requests are processed within 5 business days
- You can adjust preferences in your account settings
9.3 Transactional Emails
- Service notifications (password resets, account changes) are not optional
- These are essential for account security
10. Retention Periods
We retain your information for:

- 30 days after deletion for backup/recovery

Newsletter Data

Logs & Backups
- 90 days for server logs
- Indefinite for encrypted backups (until account deletion)
